We love all things Stillwater! Our vision is to provide information residents need to take advantage of the great things happening in our community. It may be a fun event, a great sale, special deal or meeting some of the people who live and work in our community.
Stillwater businesses are eligible to participate in the Stillwater Community Connection marketing program. We are an online magazine using new media tools to reach our residents. We utilize Facebook, e-newsletters and a website/blog to communicate. We like to create packages that fit your needs and budget. We have a few standard packages that you are welcome to utilize. If these options don’t fit your vision and budget, let us know. We would be happy to create a package that fits your needs. Our services may be cancelled any time with 30 days notice and you are welcome to utilize our services for specific dates. We currently reach 3,000+ residents per month.
FREE Options:
We publish a list of community events every month. You are welcome to send us your event info. You can send us the info any time. If you want your event listed for the entire month, send the details by the 25th of the month prior to the event. Check out the current list here.
Tuesday News Day occurs every Tuesday on our Facebook page. Residents are encouraged to post information about events, specials, businesses etc. that would be helpful for the Stillwater community to know about. This is your opportunity to get the word out to our community. Participate in Tuesday News Day as often as you would like.
Standard Packages:
Silver $99 per month: This option allows you to submit one article/spotlight each month which will be published (must be approved) on our website, Facebook page and emailed to our database. You may also choose to sponsor one post per month rather than writing your own content. When you sponsor a post your company name is included in the title of the post. We also list your logo and contact info at the bottom of the post. You may utilize our events and specials listing as often as needed. Lastly, we can also post 3 status updates for you on our Facebook page throughout the month.
Gold $199 per month: Everything listed in the Silver package is included in Gold plus we will meet with you once a month to provide guidance and training on your Facebook marketing. In addition we can help you add contests, video, F-commerce, e-newsletters etc. to your online marketing. We will visit with you to determine how we can best support you in marketing your business. With this package, your Facebook page will become your hub for communication and a mini version of your website. We will assist with customizing your Facebook page and keep you up to date on changes that impact the online marketing tools you are utilizing. We will also coordinate 1-2 Mastermind/Brainstorming meeting per year to help you grow your business. The mastermind process is an integral part of helping you set goals, target your marketing efforts and create a vision for your business. If you need to incorporate additional tools into your online marketing we will provide training and guidance.
What makes our program unique? Our goal is to help you be successful! We are invested in helping your business grow. We believe it’s important to take time to get feedback from current customers and people you would like to have as customers. We help our clients do this by implementing a mastermind process 1-2 times per year. This involves getting a small group of people together who brainstorm about key questions and provide valuable feedback. This process is based on Napoleon Hill”s book Think and Grow Rich. In addition, we are constantly learning and looking for ways to help you gain more clients. We will keep you updated on resources, connections and services that will help you grow your business.
